- The Comprehensive design of the Valve body allows a flow without restrictions.
- The closing contact of the disc is performed by HDPE and Rubber, eliminating wear and tear.
- The flap cannot jam in the open position. All the working mechanism is made of SS.
- The closing mechanism is designed to close a moment before the flow is reversed. This decreases the loud hammering sound of water hammer.
- The design allows a small force in the springs on the articulated mechanism in the valve closed position, manages to keep a closure pressure much greater than that would be in the case of the springs attach directly on the flapper.
- Flap closing by spring action. A prominent feature of Poly Check valves is the action applied by two springs that Act on an articulated mechanism attached to the closing disc.
- Flap opens with low pressure around 5 psi.

3. Large body built in HDPE that allows flow without restrictions.
4. The closing mechanism has been designed to remain open until the instant flow is inverted, avoiding the hammer effect and not getting blocked in the open position.
5. Flanges are based on DIN PN 10 standard norms and ANSI C-150 (US STOCK).
6. Working Max. Pressure: 150 psi
7. Minimum Working Pressure (Disc Opening): 5 psi.
